Does your stress and anxiety cause you to overeat or to eat poorly? Does a lack of sleep or low energy levels prevent you from exercising? Does your guilt over “being there” for your kids prevent you from taking time for yourself guilt-free?
I don’t believe in dwelling over calories, carbs, fat or protein. And I don’t believe in making lists of restrictions or labeling food as being good or bad.
